“I just wanted to let you know how happy we are with the meat we get from your farm! I just made beef stew with your beef cubes. It was so delicious! My husband couldn't stop eating it! Usually I have to trim fat off stew meat or it's not the greatest cut. This was amazing! I'm so glad our son gave us a gift of your meat last year. Everything has been beyond delicious!” Kathy - Chester County, PA

Raising pigs in a natural environment, such as the woods, results in clean, nutrient dense, great tasting pork. Looking to fill your freezer and save money at the same time? Go ahead and reserve a whole pig. Just not sure? Then try some of our pork cuts such as pork chops, sausages, smoked bacon, ham, and a variety of other great pork options!
Our Belted Galloway (“Beltie”) cattle are 100% grass born, fed and finished. We rotationally graze our cattle and believe in regenerative agriculture, working to build nutrient dense soil. We primarily sell whole and half sides of beef which often sells out quickly. Check out our online retail store for availability and occasional select retail cuts of beef.
The splendor of the rose and the whiteness of the lily do not rob the little violet of it’s scent nor the daisy of its simple charm. If every tiny flower wanted to be a rose, spring would lose its loveliness.” ― St. Therese of Lisieux
